I thought the stress of college was to blame for my poor eating habits and lack of sleep and just the general abuse I have been putting my body through. I told myself that over spring break I would eat better and do yoga, but spring break came and went without a change in my unhealthy habits.
So I am going to start a 30 day Bikram yoga challenge and hopefully this will encourage me to be more healthy in all aspects of life. I often find that when I do yoga regularly I eat healthier, I don’t know why exactly, i just crave less junk foods. And I hope that exercise and eating healthy will give me more energy for school and work. But also I believe yoga will be great for my mental health, I get super stressed from school and I need an outlet.
I am making this post as an obligation to myself, this post will hopefully hold me accountable and make me pursue this 30 day challenge. My plan is to start on tuesday! I am excited but also very lazy but hoping to change that last part!
